SR4 Super Recycler Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves and glasses

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect all parts for damage during shipping.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Wheel Installation: Install rear wheels onto the axle and secure with retaining clips.
  4. Deck Installation: Attach the cutting deck to the mower chassis using the provided mounting hardware.
  5. Blade Installation: Install the cutting blade using the blade adapter and bolt. Ensure blade is properly balanced.
  6. Control Cable Connection: Connect the drive control and blade control cables to the appropriate handles and engine.
  7. Oil and Fuel: Add the recommended engine oil and fresh gasoline to the appropriate levels.
  8. Final Check: Verify all bolts are tightened and all safety features are functioning properly.
Warning: Always wear appropriate safety equipment when assembling or operating the mower. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.

Troubleshooting
