Installation & Setup Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect components for damage during shipping.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Install Height Adjuster: Attach cutting height adjustment lever to deck according to instructions.
  4. Attach Bag or Mulch Plug: Install grass collection bag or mulch plug based on your preference.
  5. Add Engine Oil: Fill engine with recommended SAE 30 oil to proper level (check dipstick).
  6. Add Fuel: Fill fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane).
  7. Initial Start-up: Prime engine, set choke, and pull starter cord following safety procedures.
Warning: Always wear protective eyewear and sturdy footwear when operating mower. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.

Troubleshooting
