Tools Needed:

  • Socket wrench set

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect components for shipping damage.
  2. Handle Installation: Attach steering wheel and control handles according to provided diagrams.
  3. Seat Assembly: Install seat assembly with provided hardware, adjusting for operator comfort.
  4. Battery Installation: Connect battery cables (red to positive, black to negative) and secure battery in tray.
  5. Blade Attachment: Install cutting blades using torque wrench to manufacturer specifications.
  6. Fluid Check: Verify engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and fuel levels before initial startup.
  7. Initial Test: Start engine and test all controls in a safe, open area.
Warning: Always disconnect spark plug before performing any maintenance or repair work. Wear appropriate safety gear including eye protection and gloves.
