|---|---|---|
| Engine won't start | Empty fuel tank, dead battery, safety switch engaged | Check fuel level, charge battery, ensure seat switch is functioning |
| Uneven cutting | Deck not level, dull blades, incorrect tire pressure | Level cutting deck, sharpen or replace blades, adjust tire pressure |
| Loss of power | Clogged air filter, old fuel, dirty spark plug | Clean/replace air filter, use fresh fuel, clean or replace spark plug |
| Excessive vibration | Unbalanced blade, loose blade bolt, damaged spindle | Balance or replace blade, tighten blade bolt, inspect spindle assembly |
| Hydrostatic drive issues | Low hydraulic fluid, air in system, worn drive belts | Check fluid level, bleed system if needed, inspect/replace drive belts |
| Poor bagging performance | Clogged chute, full bag, engine RPM too low | Clear debris from chute, empty bag, operate at full throttle |
