Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage or missing parts.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper handle to the lower handle using provided bolts and washers.
  3. Install Height Adjuster: Attach the cutting height adjuster lever to the deck according to the diagram.
  4. Attach Grass Bag: Connect the grass collection bag to the rear discharge chute, ensuring secure attachment.
  5. Install Safety Key: Insert the safety ignition key into the designated slot on the control panel.
  6. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 oil to the proper level on the dipstick.
  7. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane).
  8. Final Check: Ensure all bolts are tightened and safety features are functioning properly.
Warning: Always wear protective equipment and follow safety guidelines. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.

Troubleshooting

Maintenance Schedule

  • Season end: Drain fuel, clean thoroughly, store properly
  • Season start: Change oil, check all systems, add fresh fuel
