Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack the Mower: Remove all packaging materials and ensure all parts are present.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper handle to the lower handle using provided bolts and washers.
  3. Install Height Adjuster: Attach the cutting height adjuster lever to the deck.
  4. Attach Grass Bag: Connect the grass bag or mulch plug according to your preference.
  5. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 oil to the proper level.
  6. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane).
  7. Final Check: Ensure all bolts are tightened and safety features are functioning properly.
Warning: Always wear protective equipment and ensure the mower is on level ground during assembly. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.

Troubleshooting

Maintenance Schedule

  • Season end: Fuel stabilization, thorough cleaning, proper storage
  • Season start: Fresh oil, new spark plug, fuel system check
