Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Oil funnel

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect components for damage during shipping.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Install Handle Controls: Connect the control cables to the handle and adjust for proper operation.
  4. Attach Bag or Mulching Plug: Install the grass collection bag or mulching plug according to your preference.
  5. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with SAE 30 detergent oil (or as specified for your climate) to the proper level.
  6. Add Gasoline: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Do not use ethanol blends above 10%.
  7. Final Checks: Verify all fasteners are tight, wheels rotate freely, and safety features function properly.
Warning: Always wear protective equipment when assembling or operating the mower. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.
