Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Socket set
- Safety gloves
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all parts are included according to the parts list.
- Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and washers. Tighten securely.
- Install Wheels: Attach rear wheels to the deck using axle and washers. Ensure wheels rotate freely.
- Attach Bag or Mulch Plug: Install the grass collection bag or mulch plug according to your preference.
- Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 oil to the proper level on the dipstick.
- Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87.
- Initial Start-up: Follow starting procedure in the engine manual. Allow engine to warm up before mowing.

Troubleshooting

Maintenance Schedule
- Before each use: Check oil level, inspect blade, clear deck of debris

- Season end: Add fuel stabilizer, clean entire mower, store properly
