Recycler® System Explained

Multi-Stage Cutting

Blade design lifts grass for first cut, then recuts clippings multiple times

Airflow Management

Optimized deck design creates vacuum that stands grass up for even cutting

Clipping Reduction

Reduces clipping size by 70% compared to conventional mowers

Nutrient Return

Micro-clippings decompose quickly, returning nitrogen to the soil

Thatch Prevention

Fine clippings don't contribute to thatch buildup

Moisture Retention

Clippings help retain soil moisture, reducing watering needs

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Engine won't start Old fuel, clogged air filter, spark plug issue Use fresh fuel, clean/replace air filter, check spark plug
Poor cutting performance Dull blade, improper height setting, wet grass Sharpen/replace blade, adjust cutting height, mow when dry
Uneven cutting Uneven tire pressure, bent blade, worn deck Check tire pressure, inspect blade, examine deck
Excessive vibration Unbalanced blade, loose components, bent crankshaft Balance blade, tighten bolts, inspect crankshaft
Hard to push Low tire pressure, engaged drive system, tall grass Inflate tires, check drive engagement, reduce cutting height
Grass clumping Wet grass, cutting too much, dull blade Mow when dry, cut more frequently, sharpen blade

Maintenance Schedule

  • Before Each Use: Check oil level, inspect blade, clear deck of debris
  • Every 25 Hours: Change oil, clean air filter, check spark plug
  • Every 50 Hours: Sharpen blade, check tire pressure, lubricate wheels
  • Season End: Fuel stabilization, thorough cleaning, proper storage
  • Season Start: Oil change, new spark plug, safety inspection
