Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage or missing parts.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Install Handle Controls: Connect the control cables to the handle and adjust for proper operation.
  4. Attach Grass Bag: Install the recycler grass bag assembly to the rear discharge chute.
  5. Install Side Discharge Chute: Attach the side discharge chute if not using the bagging system.
  6. Check Oil Level: Verify engine oil is at proper level before first use.
  7. Add Fuel: Fill with fresh unleaded gasoline with appropriate oil mixture if required.
  8. Test Operation: Start the engine and test all controls before mowing.

Troubleshooting
