Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage or missing parts.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware. Tighten securely.
  3. Install Height Adjuster: Attach the cutting height adjuster lever to the designated position on the mower deck.
  4. Attach Grass Bag: Connect the grass collection bag to the rear discharge chute, ensuring secure attachment.
  5. Install Safety Key: Insert the safety ignition key into the designated slot (if equipped with electric start).
  6. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 oil to the proper level on the dipstick.
  7. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (87 octane or higher).
  8. Initial Test: Start the mower following the starting procedure and check for proper operation.
Warning: Always wear appropriate safety equipment including eye protection and sturdy footwear during assembly and operation.

Troubleshooting
