Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all parts are included and undamaged.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and washers.
  3. Wheel Installation: Mount the wheels onto the axle and secure with retaining clips or bolts.
  4. Deck Attachment: Secure the cutting deck to the mower frame using the provided hardware.
  5. Control Cable Connection: Connect the drive and blade control cables to the appropriate handles and engine.
  6. Height Adjustment: Set the cutting height to your preferred level using the height adjustment lever.
  7. Oil and Fuel: Add the recommended engine oil and fuel before first use.
  8. Final Check: Ensure all bolts are tightened and controls operate smoothly before starting.

Troubleshooting
