Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Socket set (standard and metric)
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers (regular and needle-nose)

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect components for shipping damage.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Install Height Adjustment Lever: Connect cutting height adjustment lever to deck mechanism.
  4. Attach Bagging System: Install grass collection bag or mulching plug as per configuration.
  5. Personal Pace System Setup: Connect Personal Pace drive cable to transmission and handle controls.
  6. Wheel Installation: Mount all wheels ensuring proper alignment and secure with locking nuts.
  7. Final Adjustments: Adjust cable tensions, check all fasteners, and lubricate moving parts.
  8. Initial Start-up: Add oil and fuel, then start engine to verify proper operation.
Warning: Always disconnect spark plug before performing any maintenance or repair work. Wear appropriate safety equipment.
