Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Socket set
- Safety gloves
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack the Mower: Remove all packaging materials and ensure all parts are present.
- Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
- Install Height Adjustment Lever: Attach the cutting height adjustment lever to the deck.
- Attach Grass Bag: Install the grass collection bag or mulching plug according to your preference.
- Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 oil (check dipstick for proper level).
- Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane).
- Final Inspection: Check all connections, ensure safety features are operational, and verify tire pressure.

Troubleshooting

Maintenance Schedule

- Seasonal: Drain fuel for storage, lubricate moving parts, check tires
- Annual: Replace air filter, check/replace spark plug, inspect cables
- As needed: Replace blade, drive belt, wheels
