Self-Propelled Lawn Mower

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect all parts for damage during shipping.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Install Height Adjuster: Attach the cutting height adjustment lever to the designated position on the deck.
  4. Attach Grass Bag: Connect the grass collection bag to the rear discharge chute, ensuring secure attachment.
  5. Install Safety Key: Insert the safety ignition key into the designated slot on the control panel.
  6. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 oil to the proper level on the dipstick.
  7. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane).
  8. Final Check: Verify all bolts are tightened, safety features are operational, and controls move freely.
Warning: Always wear appropriate safety equipment including eye protection, hearing protection, and sturdy footwear when operating the mower.

Troubleshooting
