Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect for any shipping damage or missing parts.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Wheel Installation: Mount wheels onto axles and secure with retaining clips or bolts as specified.
  4. Deck Height Adjustment: Set cutting height adjustment levers to desired position and test operation.
  5. Engine Preparation: Add engine oil to proper level (if required), check spark plug connection.
  6. Fuel System: Add fresh gasoline to fuel tank, ensuring proper fuel type and octane rating.
  7. Safety Features Check: Test all safety switches, blade control levers, and emergency stop functions.
  8. Initial Start-up: Follow starting procedure in manual, allow engine to warm up before first use.

Troubleshooting
