Maintenance Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Socket wrench set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Spark plug wrench
  • Air compressor
  • Oil drain pan
  • Grease gun

Regular Maintenance Schedule

  1. Daily Maintenance: Clean mower deck, check for loose bolts, inspect blades for damage.
  2. Weekly Maintenance: Check tire pressure, inspect belts for wear, clean air filter.
  3. Monthly Maintenance: Change engine oil, sharpen blades, lubricate moving parts.
  4. Seasonal Maintenance: Replace spark plugs, check battery, inspect fuel system.
  5. Annual Maintenance: Complete tune-up, replace filters, check safety systems.
  6. Blade Sharpening: Remove blades, sharpen at 30-degree angle, balance before reinstalling.
  7. Winter Storage: Drain fuel, clean thoroughly, store in dry location.
