TimeCutter® Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Socket set (3/8" drive)
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Torque wrench
  • Jack and jack stands

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect components for shipping damage.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach steering wheel and control handles according to diagram instructions.
  3. Seat Installation: Mount the operator seat and adjust for proper operator positioning.
  4. Deck Installation: Attach mowing deck following torque specifications for all bolts.
  5. Blade Attachment: Install cutting blades with proper orientation and secure with lock nuts.
  6. Battery Connection: Connect battery cables (red to positive, black to negative) and secure battery.
  7. Fluid Check: Check engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and fuel levels before first operation.
  8. Initial Test: Start engine and test all controls in a safe, open area.
Warning: Assembly should be performed by qualified personnel. Always wear appropriate safety equipment during assembly and operation.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Engine won't start Empty fuel tank, dead battery, safety switch engaged Check fuel level, charge battery, ensure all safety switches are properly set
