Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and verify all parts are included according to the parts list.
- Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and tighten securely.
- Wheel Installation: Mount wheels onto axles and secure with retaining clips or bolts as specified for your model.
- Deck and Blade Attachment: Install cutting deck and attach blade with proper torque specifications using a blade installation tool.
- Engine Preparation: Add recommended oil to engine crankcase and fill fuel tank with fresh gasoline (if gas model).
- Control Connections: Connect throttle cable, brake cable, and drive control linkages according to diagram.
- Safety Check: Verify all safety features including blade brake clutch, deadman switch, and safety interlock systems.
- Initial Start-up: Perform initial start-up following break-in procedure outlined in engine manual.

Troubleshooting
