Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Torque wrench
  • Fuel container

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect for any shipping damage or missing parts.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Wheel Installation: Mount wheels onto axles and secure with provided pins or bolts.
  4. Deck Attachment: Secure cutting deck to mower frame using mounting brackets and hardware.
  5. Control Installation: Install throttle control, brake cable, and drive control systems.
  6. Fuel and Oil: Add recommended oil to engine and fill fuel tank with fresh gasoline.
  7. Final Check: Verify all bolts are tightened, controls operate smoothly, and safety features function properly.
Warning: Always wear protective equipment during assembly. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts. Installation should be performed following all safety guidelines.

Troubleshooting
