Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Verify all parts are included.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware. Tighten securely.
  3. Wheel Installation: Install all wheels according to model specifications. Ensure proper axle placement and secure with locking pins.
  4. Blade Installation: Carefully install cutting blade using proper torque specifications. Always use new blade bolts.
  5. Control Cable Routing: Route all control cables through designated guides without kinks or sharp bends.
  6. Fuel System Setup: For gas models: install fuel filter, connect fuel lines, and add fresh gasoline.
  7. Battery Installation: For electric models: install battery according to polarity markings and secure battery compartment.
  8. Final Inspection: Check all fasteners, controls, and safety features before first use.

Troubleshooting

Common Error Codes (Electric Models)
