Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect for any shipping damage or missing parts.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Wheel Installation: Mount wheels onto axles and secure with retaining clips or bolts as specified.
  4. Deck Adjustment: Set cutting height using the height adjustment lever or wheel settings.
  5. Engine Preparation: Add manufacturer-recommended oil to engine crankcase before first start.
  6. Fuel System: Add fresh gasoline (with stabilizer if recommended) to fuel tank.
  7. Safety Check: Verify all safety features including blade control system and deadman switch.
  8. Initial Start-up: Follow break-in procedure as outlined in engine manual.
