Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Socket wrench set
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Torque wrench
- Pliers
- Safety gloves and goggles
Step-by-Step Parts Installation
- Safety First: Disconnect spark plug wire and ensure mower is on a flat, stable surface before beginning any work.
- Blade Replacement: Secure blade with block of wood, remove mounting bolt, replace with new Toro-approved blade.
- Air Filter Installation: Remove old filter, clean housing, install new filter ensuring proper seal alignment.
- Spark Plug Replacement: Remove old plug, check gap on new plug (0.030"), install and torque to 18-22 ft-lbs.
- Drive Belt Replacement: Release tensioner, remove old belt, route new belt following diagram in manual.
- Wheel Assembly: Replace worn wheels by removing axle nut, installing new wheel with proper washers.
- Test Operation: Reconnect spark plug, start mower and test all functions before regular use.

Troubleshooting
