Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack the Mower: Carefully remove all packaging materials and verify all parts are included.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Install Height Adjustment Lever: Attach the cutting height adjustment lever to the designated bracket.
  4. Attach Grass Bag: Connect the grass collection bag to the rear discharge chute.
  5. Install Battery (if electric): For electric models, install the battery according to polarity markings.
  6. Add Engine Oil (if gas): For gas models, add the recommended SAE 30 oil to the proper level.
  7. Fuel Connection (if gas): Connect the fuel line and add fresh gasoline.
  8. Final Inspection: Check all connections, bolts, and safety features before first use.
Warning: Always wear appropriate safety gear including eye protection, gloves, and sturdy footwear during assembly and operation.

Troubleshooting

  • Season end: Drain fuel or add stabilizer, clean thoroughly
