Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect parts for any shipping damage.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Install Height Adjuster: Connect the cutting height adjustment lever to the deck according to instructions.
  4. Attach Bag or Mulch Plug: Install the grass collection bag or mulch plug based on your preferred operation mode.
  5. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 detergent oil (check manual for exact capacity).
  6. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Do not overfill.
  7. Final Check: Ensure all bolts are tightened, safety features are operational, and all parts are properly installed.
Warning: Always wear safety glasses and gloves during assembly. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts. Never operate without proper safety equipment.

Troubleshooting

Maintenance Schedule
