Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Socket set
- Safety gloves
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect parts for any shipping damage.
- Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
- Install Height Adjuster: Connect the cutting height adjustment lever to the deck according to instructions.
- Attach Bag or Mulch Plug: Install the grass collection bag or mulch plug based on your preferred operation mode.
- Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 detergent oil (check manual for exact capacity).
- Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Do not overfill.
- Final Check: Ensure all bolts are tightened, safety features are operational, and all parts are properly installed.

Troubleshooting

Maintenance Schedule
- Before each use: Check oil level, inspect blade, clear debris
- Every 25 hours: Sharpen blade, clean air filter, check spark plug
- Every 50 hours: Change oil, clean under deck, inspect drive system
- Every 100 hours: Replace air filter, replace spark plug, check all cables
- Seasonal: Drain fuel or add stabilizer, clean thoroughly, store properly
- Annual: Replace blade if needed, check wheel bearings, full inspection
