Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves and goggles

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack the Mower: Carefully remove all packaging materials and components from the box.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using the provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Install the Bag: Attach the grass collection bag to the rear discharge chute, ensuring it's securely fastened.
  4. Attach Wheels: Install all four wheels according to the instructions, ensuring they rotate freely.
  5. Connect Drive System: Connect the drive cable to the transmission and adjust according to specifications.
  6. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 oil to the proper level.
  7. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane).
  8. Final Check: Verify all bolts are tightened, safety features are operational, and components are properly aligned.
Warning: Always wear protective equipment when assembling or operating the mower. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.
