Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack the Mower: Carefully remove all packaging materials and components from the box.
- Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using the provided bolts and hardware.
- Install the Bag: Attach the grass collection bag to the rear discharge chute, ensuring it's securely fastened.
- Attach Wheels: Install all four wheels according to the instructions, ensuring they rotate freely.
- Connect Drive System: Connect the drive cable to the transmission and adjust according to specifications.
- Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 oil to the proper level.
- Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane).
- Final Check: Verify all bolts are tightened, safety features are operational, and components are properly aligned.
