Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves and glasses

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage. Verify all parts are included.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and washers. Tighten securely.
  3. Install Wheels: Attach rear wheels to the deck using axle and washers. Ensure wheels rotate freely.
  4. Attach Bag or Mulching Plug: Install grass collection bag or mulching plug according to your preference.
  5. Connect Safety Features:
  6. Add Oil and Fuel: Fill engine with recommended oil (SAE 30) and add fresh unleaded gasoline.
  7. Initial Start-up: Follow starting procedure in manual, checking all controls operate properly.
Warning: Read entire manual before operation. Always wear appropriate safety equipment. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.

Troubleshooting
