Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage. Verify all parts are included.
- Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and washers. Tighten securely.
- Install Wheels: Attach rear wheels to the deck using axle and washers. Ensure wheels rotate freely.
- Attach Bag or Mulching Plug: Install grass collection bag or mulching plug according to your preference.
- Connect Safety Features:
- Add Oil and Fuel: Fill engine with recommended oil (SAE 30) and add fresh unleaded gasoline.
- Initial Start-up: Follow starting procedure in manual, checking all controls operate properly.
