Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack the Mower: Remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Install Wheels: Attach all four wheels to the axle using the provided washers and cotter pins.
  4. Attach Grass Bag: Connect the grass collection bag to the rear discharge chute.
  5. Install Battery: For electric models, insert and secure the battery according to instructions.
  6. Add Oil: For gas models, add the recommended engine oil to the proper level.
  7. Fuel Up: For gas models, add fresh gasoline to the fuel tank.
  8. Final Check: Ensure all bolts are tightened and components are properly secured.
Warning: Always wear protective gloves and eyewear during assembly. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.
