Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack the Mower: Remove all packaging materials and ensure all parts are present according to the parts list.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware. Tighten securely.
  3. Attach Bagging System: If equipped, attach the grass bag or mulching plug according to instructions.
  4. Install Height Adjustment Lever: Attach the cutting height adjustment lever to the deck and connect to adjustment mechanism.
  5. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended oil type and quantity as specified in the engine manual.
  6. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline with appropriate ethanol content.
  7. Final Check: Ensure all bolts are tight, safety features are functional, and all parts are properly installed.
Warning: Always wear appropriate safety gear during assembly and operation. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.

Troubleshooting
