Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack the Mower: Remove all packaging materials and check that all parts are included according to the parts list.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using the provided bolts and hardware. Ensure all connections are tight.
  3. Install Height Adjustment Lever: Attach the cutting height adjustment lever to the deck according to the diagram provided.
  4. Attach Grass Bag: Connect the grass collection bag to the rear discharge chute, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
  5. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 oil to the proper level on the dipstick.
  6. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Do not overfill.
  7. Final Check: Verify all bolts are tightened, safety features are operational, and the mower is ready for use.
Warning: Always wear appropriate safety equipment including eye protection and sturdy footwear when assembling or operating the mower.

Troubleshooting
