Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack the Mower: Remove all packaging materials and check that all parts are included according to the parts list.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using the provided bolts and hardware. Ensure all connections are tight.
  3. Install Height Adjuster: Attach the cutting height adjustment lever to the deck and connect it to the height adjustment mechanism.
  4. Attach Grass Bag: Install the rear grass bag or side discharge chute according to your preference and model specifications.
  5. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 oil to the proper level as indicated on the dipstick.
  6. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87.
  7. Final Check: Ensure all bolts are tightened, safety features are functional, and the mower is ready for operation.

Troubleshooting
