Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Socket set
- Safety gloves
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect parts for damage. Verify all components are included.
- Handle Assembly: Attach upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware. Tighten securely.
- Install Height Adjuster: Attach the cutting height adjuster lever to the deck according to instructions.
- Attach Bag or Mulch Plug: Install grass collection bag or mulch plug based on your preferred cutting method.
- Add Engine Oil: Fill engine with recommended SAE 30 detergent oil to proper level (check dipstick).
- Add Fuel: Fill fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline with minimum 87 octane rating.
- Final Inspection: Check all bolts and connections for tightness. Ensure safety features are functioning properly.

Troubleshooting

Maintenance Schedule
- Before each use: Check oil level, inspect blade, clear deck of debris
- Every 25 hours: Sharpen blade, check air filter, inspect spark plug
- Every 50 hours: Change oil, clean/replace air filter, check drive system
- Every 100 hours: Replace spark plug, check fuel filter, inspect cables
- Seasonal: Drain fuel for storage, clean entire mower, lubricate moving parts
- Annual: Replace air filter, check/replace drive belt if needed
