22-inch Recycler® Cutting System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect parts for damage. Verify all components are included.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware. Tighten securely.
  3. Install Height Adjuster: Attach the cutting height adjuster lever to the deck according to instructions.
  4. Attach Bag or Mulch Plug: Install grass collection bag or mulch plug based on your preferred cutting method.
  5. Add Engine Oil: Fill engine with recommended SAE 30 detergent oil to proper level (check dipstick).
  6. Add Fuel: Fill fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline with minimum 87 octane rating.
  7. Final Inspection: Check all bolts and connections for tightness. Ensure safety features are functioning properly.
Warning: Read entire manual before operation. Keep hands and feet away from cutting area. Always wear eye protection.

Troubleshooting
