Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Socket set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Torque wrench
  • Level surface

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach steering levers and control handles according to diagram.
  3. Seat Installation: Mount seat assembly and adjust for operator comfort and safety.
  4. Deck Installation: Attach mowing deck following torque specifications.
  5. Battery Connection: Connect battery terminals (positive first, then negative).
  6. Fluid Check: Verify engine oil and hydraulic fluid levels before operation.
  7. Initial Test: Perform safety check and test operation in open area.
Warning: Always wear appropriate safety gear including eye protection, hearing protection, and sturdy footwear during assembly and operation.

Troubleshooting
