Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect for any shipping damage.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Install Wheels: Mount all four wheels onto the axle using the provided washers and cotter pins.
  4. Height Adjustment: Set the cutting height to desired level using the height adjustment lever.
  5. Oil and Fuel: Add recommended engine oil to proper level and fill fuel tank with fresh gasoline.
  6. Safety Check: Ensure all safety features are functioning properly before first use.
  7. Initial Start-up: Follow starting procedure in manual for initial engine break-in.
