Assembly Guide
Handle Assembly
Connect upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and knobs. Ensure all cables are properly routed through handle guides before tightening.
Wheel Installation
Insert wheel axles through deck mounts and secure with hairpin clips. Ensure wheels rotate freely without wobbling.
Control Cable Routing
Blade Installation
Install blade with cutting edges toward ground. Torque blade bolt to 450-600 in-lbs using a torque wrench. Always use new blade bolt.
Height Adjustment
Set cutting height before first use. Adjust all four wheels to same height setting for even cutting.
Oil & Fuel
Add SAE 30 oil to full mark on dipstick. Use fresh unleaded gasoline with minimum 87 octane. Do not use ethanol blends above 10%.

Troubleshooting
